Directions - Fri 26th update (02:09)

I have had to cut the montage that begins my Drama piece because of software and asset issues. this may be a good thing as the montage was something that I added to set up the scene, not something that originally preceded the scene. according to some members of my peers, the scene holds itself well enough that it doesn't require it thematically, I may keep the intro music as it is appropriate for a Sherlock project, the violin is used in many different Sherlock Holmes based works and seems appropriate to act as a sort of intro to the scene, the class-wide title sequence will be added at uni Today, as the last edit to be done.

on the Side of my Self portrait things aren't looking at all good. I had thought I'd have time to finish it by today, and commented as such. This however is not the case, and is due to some software difficulties and incompatibilities, the loss of some footage that I had thought backed up, and the previously mentioned schedule slip on the Drama piece. It is not at all ready and wont be if I am to be present in mind enough for tomorrow I must sleep very soon.

on the blog side, I have realized upon review that some of my research was never changed from a draft state and will require "publishing" and finishing.  I had thought it was complete until now, however it would seem that I may have accidentally not saved or miss-remembered that particular post.

I will shortly be E-mailing Simon inquiring as to the possibility of either an extension to monday morning for the hand in of this piece and the Blog, or the opportunity to resubmit the Unit at a later date.
